In her talk, Sarah will explore what often holds sensitive and empathic women back from fully stepping into their potential. Her talk looks at how self-doubt, fear, comparison, emotional overwhelm and impostor syndrome can quietly disconnect women from their inner voice and sense of direction.

Drawing on personal experience and insight into the nervous system and emotional patterns of highly sensitive women, Sarah shares practical ways to reconnect with clarity, confidence and purpose. Her message reframes sensitivity not as a limitation but as a powerful strength when it is understood and supported.
