With experience working with top brands like Nike and Starbucks, as well as hundreds of female entrepreneurs, and now grieving families, on the topics of life purpose, identity and empowerment inside transition, Michelle helps women build meaningful, movement-driven businesses and lives rooted in purpose and self-expression.

Jennifer O’Donnell, PhD, believes true success comes from understanding ourselves and being willing to face what holds us back. A former psychology professor and HR executive, she is now an independent coach and consultant working with leaders and teams in Europe and the US to reimagine what hard work and success can look like.
With over 20 years’ experience across industries including hospitality, healthcare, sustainability, sport, and finance, she partners with organisations to strengthen leadership, align talent strategy with business goals, and shape leadership cultures that stand out.
Based in Paris since 2019, Jennifer loves exploring the world with her husband and dog, and is equally at home on her bike, in the water, or in the kitchen. A three-time Ironman triathlon finisher, she embraces new challenges and believes in living with energy and curiosity.
