Dr. Anna is a London-based medical doctor specialising in preventive and functional medicine. With over a decade of clinical experience, she works with high-achieving women to optimise hormonal health, energy, and performance. Anna is the founder of Digest Club, a professional community for health practitioners, and the creator of Power & Balance – The Female Health Blueprint, a pioneering course that bridges science and real-life strategies for modern female wellbeing. Her work challenges outdated norms and equips women to lead with both strength and sustainability.
