Laura is a Breathwork & Wellbeing Coach.
Laura knows what it’s like to push through stress, burnout, and even long COVID—until her body said “enough.” Through breathwork, somatics, and slowing down, she learned to listen to her body, restore balance, and move from surviving to truly living.
Now, she helps women put themselves first, reconnect with their bodies, and create a more grounded, balanced life.

Zeta Bikova is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sunderland and Director of a successful education company that provides training and learning solutions for children and adults. Her expertise lies in supporting learners with anxiety, ADHD, dyslexia, PTSD, and autism, with a strong focus on inclusive and trauma-informed practice. A published author of articles and book chapters on neurodiversity, education, health, and social class, Zeta combines academic insight with hands-on experience as a carer parent, creating learning environments where every individual can thrive.
