Kirsty Knott is a Mindset and Accountability Coach who empowers ambitious women to overcome self-doubt, procrastination, and overthinking so they can take bold, confident action in their careers and businesses. With over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, HR, and development, Kirsty combines neuroscience-backed tools with straight-talking accountability to help women build real, lasting momentum.

In her talk, The Power of Resilience in Business and in Life, Kirsty shares her personal journey through career transitions, motherhood, her husband’s cancer diagnosis, and the challenges of entrepreneurship — all of which shaped her understanding of what true resilience looks like. This session goes beyond motivation, offering a practical framework, mindset tools, and strategies to help women stay focused, overcome self-doubt, and maintain momentum without burning out. Attendees will leave inspired, but more importantly, equipped with grounded, actionable ways to build resilience in everyday life.
