Clem Harding, known professionally as Coach Clem, is an award winning mindset and entrepreneur coach, speaker, and author specialising in inner stability, congruence, and sustainable growth.
Named Coach of the Year 2026 at the Prestige Awards, she has spent the past six years supporting entrepreneurs, founders, and professionals to navigate growth, visibility, reinvention, and the pressures of modern working life without losing themselves in the process.
Her work blends mindset coaching, behavioural patterns, emotional resilience, and strategic thinking. She is particularly known for helping people identify the hidden misalignments that keep them stuck despite outward success.
Before coaching full time, Clémence co-founded a successful bilingual nursery business and holds a Master’s degree in education.
She is also the author of a forthcoming book exploring the concepts of self harmonising and becoming “life proof” in both life and business.
Coach Clem will explore why waiting for life or business to become more stable isn't the answer.
Through her concept of self-harmonising, she’ll look at how bringing your values, ambitions, decisions and everyday life back into alignment can help you navigate uncertainty with greater clarity and inner stability.
