Vita Stepanova is a biotech entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Blastim, a platform for education, careers, and innovation in life sciences. With a PhD in bioinformatics, she moved from academia into building projects that connect science with real-world applications.

She is passionate about helping scientists grow beyond the lab: into founders, leaders, and creators. Through her work, events, and podcast on women’s entrepreneurship, Vita builds communities where ambitious women can share experiences, rethink their paths, and grow faster together.
