NORTHAMPTON JUNE EVENT

Our June City Ladies Networking Northampton launch brings together like-minded women to connect, share ideas, build meaningful relationships, and learn something new in a welcoming and supportive space. Each event features inspiring guest speakers and hosts who encourage open conversation, collaboration, and personal and professional growth.

Our event is held at Hilton Northampton hosted by Sarah Potter.

Sarah Potter is a commercially driven Fractional HR Director, Executive Coach, and Founder of Peer Genius (est. 2018). With over 15 years of senior HR leadership experience across Healthcare, Private Equity, Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality, and the Public Sector, Sarah advises boards, CEOs, and executive teams on aligning people strategy with commercial performance and enterprise value.

She specialises in HR transformation, organisational design, strategic workforce planning, and M&A integration, and is known for building strong in-house HR and Talent functions that reduce cost, mitigate risk, and strengthen leadership capability and organisational culture.

Level 7 qualified in Human Resource Management and Executive Coaching, Sarah is an Institute of Directors (IoD) Professional Business Mentor and a Birmingham City University Mentor of the Year award recipient. Passionate about board effectiveness and succession, she brings senior professionals together to share insight, challenge thinking, and collaboratively solve complex strategic business issues.

This session will feature an incredible spotlight, Jo Morgan.

With a straight-talking style, warmth and infectious energy, Jo Morgan helps organisations cut through complexity and get things done.

With over 30 years’ experience in hospitality, operations and leadership — from becoming the youngest female General Manager in her company, to running multiple hotels and complex operational portfolios — Jo brings lived, real-world insight to every conversation. As the Founder of Meliora Consultancy Services, she supports leaders and teams through change, operational challenges and delivery-focused transformation.

💡 In this practical and engaging session on “Getting Things Done”, Jo will help you:

  • Turn ideas and goals into clear, actionable priorities

  • Remove blockers that slow progress and drain energy

  • Create simple systems that help you 'get things done'

Expect honest insight, relatable stories from the front line of leadership, and practical tools you can use immediately to leave you feeling clearer, more confident and ready to take action.

Whether you’re a business owner, leader, or professional looking to expand your network, gain fresh perspectives, and be part of a supportive community, we’d love to welcome you.
