Farhana Hussain is the UK’s first Divorce Doula and an author, speaker, and coach specialising in divorce and life transitions. She works with capable women who have done the inner work but still feel stuck, helping them reclaim clarity, confidence, and personal authority. With a background in education and lived experience of rebuilding life through divorce, Farhana brings a calm, practical approach that blends emotional insight with decisive action. She leads the award-winning business My Divorce Doula™, and her work has been featured across global media for challenging outdated narratives around divorce and empowering women to rebuild lives they genuinely want to live.

In her talk, “Stuck or Sovereign: Reclaiming Self-Leadership When Life Breaks the Plan” she explores why capable women often feel powerless through major life changes such as divorce, despite having done the inner work. Farhana offers a clear, grounded reframe that helps women stop waiting for clarity and start leading their lives again with confidence and authority.
